Paula Benevides will lead strategies for more than 14 thousand employees in 15 countries in the Latin American region
Paula Benevides assumed the vice-presidency of People, Culture and Organization for Natura and Avon operations in Latin America.
Now, the executive will be at the forefront of the topics of Attraction and Employer Brand, Learning, Leadership, Culture and Change Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Benefits and Health, leading strategies for more than 14 thousand employees in 15 countries of the Latin American region.
Furthermore, the new VP will also work on advancing the 2030 Vision of the Natura&Co holding. The company’s goals include having more than 50% of women in management positions and above, which was achieved in 2022, and guaranteeing a decent salary for all employees, achieved in 2023.
