The company, which also reformulated its planning area, hired Carolina Avari as CSO
Execution reformulated its planning area and, from now on, begins to operate with a proprietary methodology. The agency presents the SIR, based on three pillars: Simplicity, Impact and Result. The methodology permeates all processes, providing a robust structure for developing communication strategies.
“SIR is more than a proprietary methodology. It is a way of thinking and acting that makes tangible our belief that an idea’s best friend is execution – since an idea is nothing if it is not correctly executed. Now, from planning to the media, we will have the SIR stamp”, highlights Geraldo Rocha Azevedo, CEO of Execution.
The methodology was developed in partnership with Rodrigo Maroni, a planning professional recognized by the Brazilian market, and is supported by consolidated theories within psychology and behavioral economics.
“The function of a good strategic methodology is to increase the quality of the final delivery with consistency, but without the unwanted side effect of slowing down the process. The SIR was designed to guarantee this premise and materialize Execution’s philosophy by bringing greater clarity in the critical phase of defining customer problems, enabling the creative team to act more assertively in developing solutions”, explains Maroni, founder of Present, a New York-based strategy consultancy.
To lead the new planning area, Execution hired Carolina Avari as CSO. The executive will also act as “chief simplicity officer”, assuming responsibility for ensuring the application of the SIR in all of the agency’s processes.
