AMPRO, the Promotional Marketing Association, announces its new national board for the 2024/2025 biennium.
For the next two years, the following will lead the association: Heloísa Santana, as executive president; alongside Alexa Carvalho, regional vice-president; Felipe Malta, national vice-president; Ricardo Beato, administrative, financial and legal vice-president and Celio Ashcar Jr., who remains president of the Deliberative Council.
Heloísa Santana stated that the choice of names for this year was strategic. “We thought about creating a group that complemented each other in terms of knowledge, which is why the new representatives come from different areas,” said the executive.
Certified with the Women on Board seal, which aims to recognize, value and promote corporate environments in which women are part of the board of directors, AMPRO reinforces its positioning of representation and inclusion, with emphasis on women in leadership positions. Currently, AMPRO’s organizational structure – Council, National Board, Sector Board and Employees, is made up of 52% women and 48% men. Emphasizing that diversity is a strategic and fundamental asset for companies that wish to take a leadership role in efficiency, creativity and ESG practices.
As for Celio Ashcar Jr., president of the AMPRO Deliberative Council, management will continue working to unite the market. “The new management will continue to be a protagonist in the construction of a fairer and more sustainable market through dialogue and mainly the effort and unity of everyone.”
The entity also took the opportunity to communicate changes in its committees, which have now become Sector Directories, divided between Knowledge and Marketing fronts; ESG, Institutional Relations; Human relations; Incentive Marketing and Trade Marketing.
