Well, April is ending (and I haven’t seen even a fifth of what I wanted to watch), and May is coming. And, as always, here are my unmissable tips for what to watch on Netflix. A special highlight is the first part of the new season of Bridgerton, which I adore! See my list here:
A Whole Man – it’s 2
Series of 6 episodes. An Atlanta real estate mogul faces ruthless adversaries and sudden bankruptcy. With his empire crumbling, he does everything he can to get back to the top. The cast is awesome: Jeff Daniels, Diane Lane, Lucy Liu, among others.
The Pop-Tart Cookie Battle – trip 3
Set at a time when milk and cereal dominated breakfast, this Jerry Seinfeld comedy shows the fierce battle behind the creation of a revolutionary cookie. With Melissa McCarthy, Peter Dinklage, Christian Slater, Hugh Grant and more…
The Mother of the Bride – Journey 9
In this romantic comedy, a wedding on an island paradise is on the brink of disaster after the bride’s mother discovers that the groom’s father is her ex. Miranda Cosgrove and Brooke Shields play the lead roles.
Bridgerton: Season 3 – day 16
While the new debutantes dream of being the diamond of the season, a discreet girl, who leads a double life, discovers her own shine amidst secrets and surprises. The season will focus on Penelope and Colin’s romance, and will be divided into two parts. The first premieres now on the 16th on Netflix, and the second on the 13/06.
Atlas – it’s 24
A brilliant but antisocial data analyst (Jennifer Lopez) doesn’t trust artificial intelligence, but must use it when her mission to capture a rogue robot goes wrong. The cast also includes Simu Liu and Lana Parrilla.
Eric – it’s 30
New York, 1980s: A desperate father and a police officer go in search of a missing boy. 6-episode miniseries with Benedict Cumberbatch.
