The net OXXO of local markets and Amstel, a pure malt beer from the Heineken Group, made with the magic of Dutch yeast, are bringing a piece of Amsterdam to São Paulo (SP) to celebrate King’s Day, a true Dutch Carnival. The project, called ‘Emblematic Store’, consists of setting up a store in partnership with the industry.
“The flagship store project, which originated in Mexico and has been implemented in Brazil since last year, has been very successful among consumers. We noticed the high flow of people visiting these stores, whether to take photos or take advantage of promotions linked to the decoration theme. OXXO has been investing in collabs with major industry brands at the point of sale to make the consumer experience immersive and sensorial”, comments Camila Assis, head of Marketing and External Communication at Grupo Nós.

The unit will also be the central point for several activations promoted by Amstel. During the weekend of April 27-28, customers who purchased at least five packs de Amstel won a pair of tickets for the ‘Espírito Amsterdam’ event, which will take place this weekend, on the 4th and 5th of May, and will offer a complete experience on the banks of the Pinheiros River, with bars, social areas and a pier which leads to a boat, which will sail down the river.

Additionally, ‘Happy Hour Amstel’ is being held throughout the week, Monday to Friday, at this location during the activation period. When purchasing a can or bottle of Amstel, customers receive another free gift, with a limit of 12 cans/bottles per CPF.
