Roberto Rabadan and Michele Gonzaga take over the Technology and Projects and Communication areas
Terra announced changes to the vehicle’s organizational structure with new management in the Technology and Projects and Communication areas.
Roberto Rabadan has worked at the vehicle since 2019 and now takes on the role of Technology management. The professional was at the forefront of highly critical technological projects, such as e-commerce and digital service solutions for the B2B and B2C market. Now, the Head will be responsible for the entire technology and user experience (UX) area. The professional will also lead project management and deliveries that are essential for revenue growth and expansion of Terra’s business.

Another novelty is the hiring of Michele Gonzaga as Senior Marketing and Projects Manager. The executive will be responsible for managing three fronts: Branding, Communication and Press, Events and Operations and Special Projects. The professional will have a strategic role in expanding and expanding Terra’s business.
