Christelle Rudyk takes over the finance and purchasing area in the Brazilian operation
The Heineken Group announced the arrival of Christelle Rudyk as vice president of finance and purchasing at Heineken Brazil. The executive joined the company in 2022 as finance leader in France.
The French operation reached its financial goals in 2023 with the help of the professional, despite a year full of challenges. The executive also positively influenced transformation projects aimed at growth, correction and simplification of processes.
With the arrival of the executive, the company’s staff now has 44% female leadership, made up of vice-presidents from all areas.
Christelle previously worked at the L’Oréal Group, where she was director of global financial transformation for 4 years, in addition to having more than 20 years of experience in finance, holding the role in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe.
