Natal Stadium (RN), stage of the 2014 World Cup, is now called Casa de Apostas Arena das Dunas; contract is worth R$6 billion
Casa de Apostas signed a naming rights contract with Arena das Dunas, in Natal. The stadium, built to be one of the stages of the 2014 World Cup, is now called Casa de Apostas Arena das Dunas.
This is the second agreement signed by Casa de Apostas with World Cup arenas. The first took place in December 2023, when acquiring the naming rights of Arena Fonte Nova, in Salvador (BA), which became Casa de Apostas Arena Fonte Nova.
So far, in addition to the Natal stadium, seven others have already negotiated naming rights: Allianz Parque (Palmeiras), NeoQuímica Arena (Corinthians), MorumBis (São Paulo), Ligga Arena (Athletico-PR), MRV Arena (Atlético-MG) , Arena BRB Mané Garrincha (Brasília), and Casa de Apostas Arena Fonte Nova, in Salvador (BA).
The partnership is considered a watershed for Arena das Dunas, which over the last ten years, since its inauguration, has become a sporting and economic hub for the state of Rio Grande do Norte, providing new business and expanding resources in vital sectors for local society, such as tourism, hotels, sports and entertainment industries.
The contract, with a value established at R$6 million, will be valid until April 2029.
“It’s another opportunity for our company to partner with a multipurpose equipment with global reach and offer the best in the sports and entertainment scene,” said Anderson Nunes, head of business at Casa de Apostas.
