Holding the first Data&Knowledge Summit Latam marks the formation of the nucleus
VML founded the Data Expertise Center in Latin America with the aim of integrating the data specialist community and encouraging best practices, during the first Data&Knowledge Summit Latam, in São Paulo.
The meeting was attended by data and information management leaders from the VML Group, and its purpose was to share knowledge, promote business and create an expertise center, which will act as a hub for regional and global projects. The initiative is led by Fabia Juliasz, chief data & knowledge officer at VML in Latin America, and included the participation of Marcelo Sousa, COO of Marketdata, Glenda Kok, chief of technology and commerce at VML Latam, and executives from the VML network.
“Our strategic objective is to ensure that our clients’ business decisions are made based on quality and easily accessible data, understood within the cultural context of each country. There is nothing better than getting together to exchange knowledge and accelerate this process”, he says Fabia Juliasz, CEO of Marketdata.
Leaders from VML Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Brazil were present during the event, as well as partners from Mirum and I-Cherry, agencies belonging to the VML ecosystem.
