Fernanda Machado, Jean Guerle and Isaac Serruya will report to CCO Sleyman Khodor
VML promoted the associated creative management duo Fernanda Machado and Jean Guerle; and Isaac Serruya to creative directors. They will now report to Sleyman Khodor, the agency’s CCO.
With the promotions, Fernanda and Jean, previously responsible for the Vivo account, are now working on other fronts. Fernanda will lead projects for Ford, Kenvue and Shell.
Jean will take on campaigns for Brazil and Latin America, in addition to global Coca-Cola projects. Isaac, in turn, will be in charge of Grupo Petrópolis, WeWork and Unicef. Previously, he was responsible for Cogna and C&A accounts.
Having worked at the agency for two years, Fernanda worked at TBWA/MAL Singapore, Africa and DAVID, among others. Isaac, with more than two years at the company, previously worked at Grey, F/Nazca S&S, Globo and Nubank. Jean, who has been at VML for six years, previously worked at agencies Publicis and Y&R (currently VML).
