O Bradesco was awarded for the ‘Most Innovative Marketing Strategy’ at the Fintech Américas Awards, which celebrates success stories from financial institutions across Latin America. This recognition was achieved through the campaign ‘Who knows the trick, doesn’t fall into the trap’, which brought a didactic and dynamic approach to alert customers in a playful way about the main scams and frauds. Competing with cases from renowned brands across Latin America, Bradesco stood out as a leader in the ‘Marketing Innovation’ category. The anti-fraud campaign was carefully evaluated, considering its viability, financial impact and sustainability. This victory reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to being increasingly closer to customers through active listening, field research and the ability to offer solutions and services increasingly aligned with consumer needs.
The achievement also highlights the work of the creative teams in designing a multimedia action. The campaign, made up of more than 190 pieces broadcast on TV, radio, social networks and OOH media, adopted a light, direct and objective language, while maintaining the seriousness of the theme. As a result, during the action period, more than 380M views of the films were recorded in the digital environment, 242M of which were recorded on YouTube alone. Furthermore, the campaign’s LP had more than 1.5 million hits, positively impacting the customer experience, as the initiative contributed to a significant drop in the number of refund requests relating to the scams portrayed in the campaign.
