Company will print the brand on players’ uniforms starting next season
Pernambucanas announced that it is the new sponsor of the SESI Bauru women’s volleyball team. The company will print the brand on the players’ uniforms starting next season, which starts in August.
In addition to visibility on the uniform, the retailer will also carry out marketing activations for fans and, like customers, the company’s partners will also be able to win tickets to watch the games in Bauru with exclusive access to the box.
Pefisa, the retailer’s fintech, will play a significant role in the daily lives of athletes and the coaching staff by offering financial products and services that can facilitate their training and game routines.
“Supporting women’s volleyball has great meaning for us, as the protagonism of women has always been part of Pernambucanas’ trajectory. Now, we reaffirm and expand our commitment to the sport and our contribution to equity. Furthermore, we have been in the city of Bauru for more than 110 years, and being together with a team from the region is recognizing the importance of investing in sport as a development tool and strengthening our relationship with the population, promoting health and quality of life”, said Marcelo Labuto, CEO of Pernambucanas.
By sponsoring the team, Pernambucanas aims to demonstrate its commitment to social and sporting development, reinforcing its position as a brand that values the well-being and growth of communities, inspiring new generations of athletes and fans of the sport.
