The country classified pieces in the first three announced shortlists and ‘Abrigo Amigo’, by AlmapBBDO, is highlighted
Brazilian advertising managed to place eight finalists in the first three shortlists announced this Tuesday (4) by Cannes Lions 2024. In Dan Wieden Titanium Lions, there were three, out of a total of 20 pieces classified in the category. AlmapBBDO, Soko and VML São Paulo are on the list.
In Glass, The Lions for Change, Soko has two works and AlmapBBBO also classified two, out of a total of 17 finalists.
In Innovations Lions, AlmapBBDO is the only one classified as ‘Abrigo Amigo’, which, in fact, competes for Lion in all three categories. In Innovation, 23 works were classified. Another prominent Brazilian campaign is ‘The Dove Code’, by Soko, which is on Titanium and Glass.
