Integration will allow advertisers to display digital ads in more than 2 thousand cinemas in Brazil
Google and Flix Media announced the arrival of cinema inventory to Display&Video 360 (DV360) for advertisers to display digital ads, through programmatic media, in more than 2 thousand cinemas across Brazil. The integration will be possible through Magnite, which will operate as a sell-side platform.
The Halley Project, launched in 2023, unifies efforts across YouTube, Connected TV, digital out of home and various video, audio, display, and now cinema formats, on a single platform. From this integration, advertisers who opt for Project Halley will have a unique vision that uses Google’s artificial intelligence to make campaigns even more efficient through DV360.
“Adding Flix Media’s inventory marks a new chapter for advertisers and agencies who can now enhance reach and synergy with other formats available through an omnichannel solution, allowing Project Halley to become even more effective for our clients” , explains Breno Barcelos, product leader for DV360 at Google Brazil.
“We want to facilitate access for brands and also bring those that do not yet include cinema in their media plans and would like to have a complete communication solution”, says Adriana Cacace, general director for Brazil and Latin America at Flix Media.
The integration also allows monitoring of campaigns and activations, and route corrections, if necessary, in addition to access to Flix Media’s premium video inventory.
