Criativo was honored by big names in the history of advertising at the launch of his first book of poems
Alexandre Gama launched, last Wednesday night (5), at the Travessa bookstore, in São Paulo, the book ‘Funil’, his first work of poetic prose. Published by Afluente, the work brings together 39 poems that address the most varied themes, from childhood to aging.
“Whoever uses poetry to express themselves is creating their own dialect.” It is this reflection that opens the first book of poetic prose by Alexandre Gama, one of the most recognized names in Brazilian and international creativity, founder of NEOGAMA, INOVNATION, VIOLAB and who bases the triad of word, image and music in his creative work process and artistic.
“Funil” presents 39 poems that address concerns present throughout the author’s literary journey, which began at a young age. Different themes coexist in his new book that reflect everything from the magical beauty of childhood, the strength of desire, interpersonal relationships, to metalanguages about the role of poetry in the contemporary world.
The author was honored by names such as Nizan Guanaes, Marcello Serpa, Luiz Lara, Dalton Pastore, Orlando Marques and Armando Ferrentini, among others.
