Project will offer a ‘fanfest’ of the championship in Brazil with the aim of connecting fans, supporters and sports practitioners
The Parque Time Brasil Olympic Festival, an initiative of the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) to celebrate the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, announced a media partnership with Eletromidia and Transamérica. The event will take place at Parque Villa-Lobos, in São Paulo, between July 20th and August 11th.
Developed in partnership with DC Set Group and Deponto, the project will offer a ‘fanfest’ of the championship in Brazil with the aim of connecting fans, supporters and sports practitioners.
“We are excited about the partnership with the Parque Time Brasil Olympic Festival. Its uniqueness and reach among the sports-loving public make the initiative of great strategic importance for the Transamérica Network, which always positions itself in this segment”, stated Fábio Faria, executive director of the Transamerica Communication Network.
The festival will explore an area of more than 30 thousand m² of Parque Villa-Lobos in 23 days of programming, with the expectation of receiving around 1.5 million people. In total, there will be 12 hours of attractions per day, including eight sports clinics, a central stage for shows and official broadcast of the competitions.
As publicity, the Olympic Festival will be on screens at bus stops, commercial and residential buildings and, during the event period, directly from the park, including interviews and coverage involving sport, culture, gastronomy and socio-environmental actions.
“Being a partner with the Brazilian Olympic Committee in yet another project aimed at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games is a reason for celebration for Eletromidia. This time, we will amplify the publicity of Parque Time Brasil through our screens spread throughout São Paulo , connecting Brazilian fans to the biggest sporting event in the world”, added Marcelo Pacheco, CSO at Eletromidia.
