ge, Globo’s sports portal, announced some new features on the eve of the Paris Olympic Games, which will start on July 26th, such as the expansion of the content offer to other sports.
Among the launches is real-time coverage (TR) dedicated to women’s and men’s volleyball competitions and the feature is expected to be expanded to other sports throughout the year.
The function will feature a new design, an updated play-by-play scoreboard, as well as athlete scout data, match statistics and an animated court that recreates the main plays.

In addition to the improvement, ge also prepared a series of updates for the Paris Olympic Games. The medal table will gain an additional video function, enabling the moment of each achievement to be watched in a practical and dynamic way.
Another differentiator of multiplatform operations will be the expansion in customization, which will offer more fluid navigation and aligned with users’ desires through information filters. Soon, the tool will be updated with the option to prefer athletes and other topics.
