Digital Favela announced Wes Xavier as a new insights specialist. The professional arrives to strengthen the agency’s mission of establishing connections between brands and communities in Brazil’s favelas.

Before Digital Favela, Wes Xavier was recognized for his leadership at Vivência Lab, a platform dedicated to analyzing consumer trends and behaviors in real Brazil.
In his national study “Brasil Corre”, launched in 2023 in collaboration with Grupo Consumoteca, he investigated the desires and tensions of peripheral consumers in Brazil, highlighting the pillars that drive these behaviors. In the same year, Wes appeared on the list of 30 Voices that fought to change the communications industry made by the collective Papel&Caneta.
