Campaign features a film on open TV, digital media and out of home in the São Paulo subway
Buser announced a new positioning with the aim of reinforcing customer care, putting the traveler and innovation first. With this move, the bus travel startup intends to consolidate itself as a mobitech or technological mobility platform.
The campaign with the signature “Your path matters” marks the company’s new moment, inviting people to reflect on choices and the freedom to opt for the best path. The pieces and visual elements focus on the human being, placing people at the center.
“Within this new concept, we want to empower travelers and show that they do not need to be tied to social conventions and old models. The idea here is to encourage users to choose their path and follow it, whatever that path and model may be. travel”, explains Luiz Benicio, revenue director at Buser.
Buser will focus on three main pillars with this new approach: smart travel, highlighting technology and innovation, human travel, reinforcing empathy and humanized support, and democratic travel, ensuring that travel is accessible.
The new communication is already being broadcast on open TV and online media, through 6″, 15″, 30″ and 90″ films and includes influencer activations. In addition, the company will initiate an action through out-of-home media, promoting a “pink invasion” at the Portuguesa-Tietê station, on the São Paulo metro. Passengers will see the brand on wagons, walls, turnstiles, signs and panels from June 17th.
