DATAGRO announced new sponsors of the Global Agribusiness Festival (GAFFFF), the largest agricultural culture event in the world, which will take place on June 27th and 28th, at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo (SP). Presented by XP, GAFFFF already had CropLife Brasil within the Master quota of the event, which is now also made up of Chevrolet, one of the main vehicle manufacturers in the world; Mondelēz, which owns products such as Laka, Bis, Trident and Sonho de Valsa; and Marfrig, a global leader in the production of hamburgers and one of the largest beef protein companies in the world.
“When we say that we are going to present the biggest agricultural culture festival in the world to Brazil, it is because we have big brands at our side, companies that value food production and that work to deliver the best products to consumers”, highlights Luiz Felipe Nastari, director of Communication and events at DATAGRO.
In addition to the Master quota, the event is also sponsored by ApexBrasil, E-agro – from the Bradesco group, Comlink e Pinhão and Koiffman Advogados. Other brands are part of the Support quota, such as McCain, Mosaic, AgriConection, Agrolend, Amerra, Deag, Instituto Nova Era and Trelleborg Tires. The connectivity will be sponsored by Nokia and Solis, a 4G agro operator.
Festival GAFFFF
GAFFFF is organized by DATAGRO, an agricultural consultancy with global operations and presence in more than 40 countries. The expectation is to bring together 25 thousand people. Tickets for the event are now on sale. During GAFFFF, Allianz Parque will have different environments, with exhibitors and content for participants. More than 50 companies, including AgTechs and startups, will present innovations to improve productivity and accelerate innovation in the sector.
Arena de Fogo will be under the command of chef Marcos Livi. In this space, renowned chefs will offer classes to participants and a barbecue festival. Among the confirmed names are Helô Palácio, Tuffy Stone and Adriano Andrade, Paulo Yoller, Luciano Araújo, Roberto Bocabello, Paula Labaki, Helvecio Maciel, Ligia Karazawa and Chico Mancuso.
Forum
The festival was born from the credibility of the Global Agribusiness Forum (GAF), which has been taking place since 2012. Restricted to guests, GAF will have more than 50 national and international speakers, for more than 15 hours of content.
This year, some GAF speakers will also perform for the public at the festival in the ARENA space, such as activist Graça Machel, physicist Marcelo Gleiser, former prime minister of Norway, Gro Harlem Brundtland and political scientist Parag Khanna.
The event will discuss climate change, food security, food waste, sustainability, new technologies, access to markets, financing, ESG and the future of Brazilian and global agriculture. In addition to sponsors, the festival also has support from government entities, associations and media groups.
GAFFFF, as well as the Global Agribusiness Forum, organized since 2012, is carried out jointly by: DATAGRO, Brazilian Rural Society (SRB), Brazilian Association of Corn Producers (Abramilho), International Corn Alliance (Maizall), Brazilian Association of Zebu Breeders (ABCZ), Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), Brazilian Association of Producers and Exporters of Fruit and Derivatives (Abrafrutas), Bioenergia Brasil and the National Corn Ethanol Union (Unem).
