Camila believes that being a true leader goes beyond commanding; it’s about inspiring and guiding your team with vision and empathy. “I have always liked leading, but I value a type of leadership that gives people a lot of freedom. I believe that’s how I make it work, because I don’t centralize any activity. I only guide and give freedom to those I lead to make their decisions in the best way, and in accordance with the policies and processes already established at AD + R”, she explains.
