Executive will leave her post at the end of the third trimester; IAB board will look for new CEO in the market
IAB Brasil began the process of transitioning its leadership. Current CEO, Cristiane Camargo will remain in the position at least until the end of the third quarter, assisting in the search for a market executive to fill the position. She will later join the institution’s board.
Cristiane Camargo communicated her decision to the IAB Brasil board of directors and committed to remaining in the position to ensure the progress of scheduled events and also to help with the transition process. The new name will have to be approved by the institution’s board of directors.
“After 11 years leading IAB Brazil, I feel that my cycle has come to an end. During this period, we managed to place IAB at the center of discussions on regulation and the evolution of digital advertising in Brazil. I am certain that the institution, with its new leadership, will be ready to further solidify its position at the forefront of the debate on the sector,” says Cristiane Camargo.
