To strengthen brand repositioning and market expansion, Alloyala company specializing in loyalty program solutions, announces the arrival of Pedro Filizzola to the team as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With over 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, Pedro has a solid track record in creating and consolidating brands in the innovation ecosystem and a proven track record in demand generation.
Before joining Alloyal, the executive helped build Sambatech, a leading brand in video solutions and one of the most innovative startups in Latin America, where he worked alongside CEO Gustavo Caetano, one of the country’s leading entrepreneurs and communicators.
After a career spanning almost 14 years, Pedro took on a new challenge at Doctoralia, a Polish multinational recognized as the “Uber of doctors”. For almost three years, he led Marketing initiatives in Brazil and Chile, seeking to build a predictable and scalable machine for acquiring doctors and clinics in both markets.
His experience with lead generation, press relations and brand building were what caught the attention of the board and the CEO, combining the executive’s experience with the company’s current need for rapid business growth.
“We live in an era where the harsh reality for companies is that, with an increasingly volatile, dynamic and competitive market, it is increasingly difficult to retain customers – let alone build loyalty. Having a good product and solving real market problems is a premise. However, there are some levers that can greatly influence this retention process: loyalty programs. I believe in this market and I believe that initiatives like this can be decisive in a customer relationship process, extending the LTV and adding value to the experience and connection with the brand”, says Filizzola. He adds, “Alloal caught my attention because of its bold proposal, solid cases, robust technology and ability to move quickly. My goal is to help in this growth, adding my know-how to what has already been built. I am confident and excited”.
In addition to being a board member at Alloyal, Pedro is a digital marketing influencer and is frequently invited to participate in podcasts on the subject. He is currently competing for the iBest Award in the Digital Marketing Influencer category for the second year in a row.
