Sportv launched the “Doe Gols” initiative in the capital of São Paulo through an activation that will be located at MorumbiShopping from July 6th to 9th.
The project invites people to kick goals to generate donations of shoes, in partnership with Centauro, for the children of “G10 Favelas”. The action is a partnership between the channel, Multiplan — through Multiplique o Bem, the company’s social responsibility hub — and Centauro, with the support of Play For A Cause.
The space, located in the Atrium, will be open on Saturday and Monday from 10 am to 10 pm; and on Sunday and Tuesday from 12 pm to 8 pm. Participants will also receive Sportv gifts and discount coupons for purchases at Centauro’s physical store. In addition, the first 20 customers who redeem the coupon on the Multi app will receive credits for the MorumbiShopping ‘HotZone’.
Over the last six years, the project, which donates three pairs of sneakers for each goal scored on the field by stars in the Brazilian Men’s and Women’s Series A, has already impacted the lives of more than 16 thousand children and more than 50 institutions have benefited from the stars’ accurate aim.
For the 2024 season, the initiative will involve an even closer relationship with partner clubs through the “Doe Gols Game”, where clubs will develop actions to benefit the NGOs they support when they host the matches.
At the same time, the players’ uniforms will be printed with a commemorative Doe Gols patch and, after the final whistle, the shirts will be auctioned on the Play For a Cause platform and the money raised from the auction will go to the NGO supported by the project and the club.
Finally, another chance for the public to participate is through the auction of items from star Zico, ambassador of ‘Doe Gols’.
