Digital signage screens complement retail media strategy
Tenda Atacado, through the Tenda Ads area, announced the implementation of digital screens in the chain’s stores, allowing the broadcasting of communications with dynamic and customized content, in partnership with NEOOH.
The company implemented the new feature in the Guarapiranga store, in São Paulo (SP) and has digital signage screens in different areas, which allow linking digital media with product display, creating even more synergy between brands and customer experience.
“With the creation of the retail media area, we offer better and more agile service to our suppliers and their advertising agencies, accelerating joint business results. The areas of action will be media planning using CRM data analysis, good execution and measurement of the results of actions and return on investments”, explains Gustavo Delamanha, marketing director at Tenda Atacado.
According to the company, they will later be implemented in other strategic stores in the chain, which has 43 units in the state of São Paulo.
“We are very optimistic about the results achieved so far and the adherence of our suppliers to Tenda Ads solutions. Regarding the new digital screens in the physical store, we have already felt a very positive response from customers referring to the more interesting and interactive shopping experience”, concludes Delamanha.
