Project was developed in partnership with Meta
Brazilian adtech Ampliva, whose core business is performance marketing, is announcing the launch of a proprietary solution that, in the company’s words, “will allow advertisers to measure campaigns carried out on WhatsApp”.
The project, called Ampliva Whisper, was developed in strategic partnership with Meta, the controlling company of WhatsApp, and “now offers metrics and data that indicate the direct result of actions involving the messaging platform, with the guarantee of maintaining its encryption and compliance with the LGPD and user privacy”.
In this way, as explained in the statement, “each advertiser has access to a dashboard with all the information about conversions that occur through the service of the conversational BOT adopted by them. Such analyses include both the campaign deliveries on Meta properties – such as Facebook and Instagram – as well as an in-depth breakdown of the conversations that occur within WhatsApp. In this process, it is possible to cross-reference all this data”.
“Until now, any campaign that drove users to WhatsApp had as its main optimization and attribution metric only the arrival of the consumer on the platform, making it impossible to know what happened in terms of conversion, sales or other results that occurred during the conversation flow. With the new solution, advertisers can integrate all these phases into a single system, having extremely strategic information on effectiveness and return on investment. All of this in a way that is fully compliant with data privacy legislation,” highlights executive Ricardo Reis, partner and CEO of Ampliva.
