A Jovem Pan News consolidated its position as vice-leader among news channels during the month of June 2024, registering an audience 35% higher than the third-placed channel, according to data from Kantar IBOPE Media, Instar Analytics – Pay TV. The highlights of the month were Jornal da Manhã and the Pânico program.
Jornal da Manh, broadcast from 6am to 10am, remained in second place with 33% more viewers than the third-placed channel. In addition, the program achieved the highest average viewing time among all news channels in the time slot, reflecting significant viewer engagement. Compared to the previous month, the newspaper saw a 14% increase in viewership, consolidating itself as the preferred choice of morning audiences.
In turn, the program Pânico, shown during the lunchtime slot, continues to lead the way, with an audience three times larger than the third-placed program. The performance illustrates the program’s connection with viewers, being the preferred choice for entertainment during lunchtime.
