Anselmo Albuquerque takes on the role with the goal of driving the agency’s growth and accelerating AI implementation
Lean Agency, an agency founded in Recife, has announced the arrival of Anselmo Albuquerque to take on the role of CEO. With over 20 years of experience in the market, the executive was a partner and director of planning at Ampla Comunicação and Massapê Comunicação, in addition to planner at Morya Communication and Lew’Lara\TBWA.
He is co-founder and partner of Jogga Digital, startup focused on Digital Marketing. In 2019, he was elected the Best Planning Professional of the Year in Brazil by Ampro Globes Awards.
Anselmo is the coordinator of the Digital Marketing Course at the Sandbox Strategy School, in addition to teaching classes on Strategy, Data and Artificial Intelligence, he is the director of the Brazilian Association of Digital Agents of Pernambuco (ABRADI-PE) and former director of the Union of Advertising Agencies of Pernambuco (Sinapro-PE).
Anselmo’s arrival is part of the agency’s structuring strategy, which has quadrupled in size over the last three years. “My mission is clear: to expand our operations to new clients and regions, while maintaining the excellence that has made the company a reference in the market,” he said.
