A Ampliva, adtech Brazilian company specializing in performance marketing, has just launched a pioneering solution that allows advertisers to measure the return and effectiveness of campaigns carried out in WhatsApp. Named Ampliva Whisper, the tool was developed in direct partnership with Meta to offer detailed metrics and data that indicate the results of actions, maintaining end-to-end encryption and in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
The new platform provides advertisers with a dashboard with comprehensive information about conversions that occur through the service provided by the conversational BOT adopted. The analyses cover both campaign deliveries on Meta properties, such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as detailed details of conversations on WhatsApp, allowing us to identify at which stage of the conversation the user abandoned or continued. Through this process, it is possible to cross-reference all data, define objectives, monitor results in real time and make adjustments both to the campaign and to the conversation phase with the consumer.
“Until now, any campaign that drove users to WhatsApp had as its main optimization and attribution metric only the arrival of the consumer on the platform, making it impossible to know what happened in terms of conversion and sales, or other results that occurred during the conversation flow. With the new solution, advertisers can integrate all these phases into a single system, having extremely strategic information on effectiveness and return on investment. All of this in a way that is fully compliant with data privacy legislation,” explains Ricardo Reis, partner and CEO of Ampliva.
Brazil is the third largest country in terms of WhatsApp users, behind only India and Indonesia. It is also the country that sends the most text and audio messages in the world, making the platform a strategic sales tool for companies of different sizes and segments.
Developed in Brazil, Ampliva Whisper was created in collaboration with Meta’s global teams to ensure its effectiveness and the most rigorous security, privacy and compliance. The tool is expected to be exported soon to other markets, including the United States, other countries in South America and Asia-Pacific, where Ampliva already has operations.
