Razer, the world’s leading lifestyle brand for gamers, has just announced an extensive sponsorship deal with eSports and entertainment team Envy Gaming.
With this, Razer becomes an official partner and supplier of peripherals – such as headsets, keyboards, mice, mousepads and gaming chairs – for the organization’s gamers, content creators and professional eSports teams. The agreement also provides for collaborations with various other Envy and OpTic Gaming teams and properties, and integration actions with various content creators in the organization.

With Envy and OpTic, we are expanding our reach to tens of millions of new fans and repositioning Razer at the forefront of North American eSports,” said Flo Gutierrez, Global Director of eSports at Razer.
With the partnership, the Razer logo is now integrated into several Envy Gaming products, including the sleeves of the teams’ shirts. Additionally, future activations will extend across digital and physical properties and will include potential additional Razer content integrations such as stream sponsorship, OpTic Warzone tournaments, exclusive product launches, content creator appearances at RazerStore locations, and more.

As part of this partnership, the brand will also recruit professional gamers and content creators from Envy and OpTic to help the company’s research and development area target the next generation of gaming and eSports peripherals.
