Lean Agency, from Recife, a reference in communication strategies by creating and developing actions and campaigns for nationally recognized brands, announces Anselmo Albuquerque as its new CEO.
With over 20 years of experience in the market, acquired in several renowned national agencies, the executive was a partner-director of planning at Ampla Comunicação and Massapê Comunicação, as well as a planner at Morya Comunicação and Lew’Lara\TBWA. He is co-founder and partner of Jogga Digital, a startup focused on Digital Marketing. In 2019, he was elected the Best Planning Professional of the Year in Brazil by the Ampro Globes Awards. He is the coordinator of the Digital Marketing Course at the Sandbox Strategy School, in addition to teaching classes on Strategy, Data and Artificial Intelligence, he is a director of the Brazilian Association of Digital Agents of Pernambuco (ABRADI-PE) and former director of the Union of Advertising Agencies of Pernambuco (Sinapro-PE).
Anselmo’s arrival is part of the agency’s structuring strategy, which has quadrupled in size in the last three years.
“I am very excited about the opportunity to lead Lean Agency at such a crucial moment in its expansion. My mission is clear: to expand our operations to new clients and regions, while maintaining the excellence that has made the company a benchmark in the market,” explains the executive, who took office in early June.
The professional will also contribute in the Digital and Data area, which is already in Lean’s DNA.
”It is an important moment for the market as a whole with the adoption of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, for example. Another strong point of the agency, and we want to give more visibility to this and offer specific products of market studies, segments and opportunities for clients and future clients of the agency”, adds Albuquerque.
The executive has also become a reference on the topic of Artificial Intelligence, being requested to speak about AI in several lectures and events throughout Brazil.
‘I have always participated in events talking about Advertising and Digital Marketing, but since the launch of Chat-GPT I have been captivated by the world of Artificial Intelligence and have been invited to speak on the subject in several forums. The culture of Lifelong Learning is something I practice, and perhaps that is why I have become increasingly familiar with AI. In addition to applying it in everyday life, for people and companies, how to use it in a useful, safe way that brings advances to their operations”, highlights the new CEO.
