Influencer marketing company Spark has strengthened its team dedicated to the L’Oréal Group with the hiring of Jeferson Nascimento as Head of Strategy and Content. The executive joins Beauté Lab, which serves the L’Oréal account at the company’s headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, to help develop operations and improve results in collaboration with content creators.
Since January of this year, Spark has been responsible for the influencer campaigns of L’Oréal’s 21 brands in Brazil. Spark’s Strategy and Content area combines data, trends, creativity and strategic planning to create content for the group’s campaigns in the country.
Rafael Coca, co-founder and CSO of Spark, comments: “Jeferson has a solid background in the influencer market, combined with experience in advertising agencies, which makes him a versatile and complete specialist. He comes with a 360º view of the market and will help to have an even more effective look at brands, content creators and strategies developed for campaigns. In this way, the objective will be to highlight the role of the influencer within the strategy, also aiming at innovation with brands”.
Jeferson has a degree in Advertising and Marketing, an MBA in Branding and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Image Building. With over 20 years of experience in creative direction and strategic planning, he has worked on campaigns for companies such as Ambev, Kraft Food, Pepsico, Visa, Heineken, Uber, Elle Magazine, Tim, Boticário, Oi, Bradesco, Globosat, and Latam.
Spark’s new Head of Strategy and Content has won over 20 awards at festivals, mainly in the live marketing segment. He was nominated for best Planning professional at the Ampro Globes Awards and has led successful projects, including campaigns for the World Cup and the Olympic Games in Brazil with Nissan and Coca-Cola.
