Inspired by the sporting atmosphere that has taken over the moment, Bradesco is launching its new advertising campaign focused on safety. With the slogan “Bradesco’s Golden Tips to Avoid Falling into a Trap”, the campaign has two 30-second films, which feature special appearances by two emblematic figures: the world basketball idol, Anderson Varejão, and the multiple Paralympic swimming champion, Daniel Dias.
The cast also includes actor and comedian Gabriel Louchard, who has been starring in the bank’s communications on the topic. In the films developed by Aldeiah, Louchard and the athletes discuss safety tips, drawing a parallel between sports skills and the solutions the bank offers to ensure an increasingly safe digital journey for its customers.
In basketball, for example, Varejão stars in the famous block, one of his trademarks on the court throughout his career. He emphasizes that, in the Bradesco App, customers can also block their card if lost and unblock it if they find it. In swimming, Louchard and Daniel Dias draw a parallel about the speed needed to reach the podium in this sport and not lose focus on safety. The videos are signed “Those who know Bradesco’s safety tips won’t fall into traps”.
José Mauricio Lilla, Bradesco’s head of communications, explains that the campaign reflects specific customer demands identified through brand attribute research, which highlighted digital and data security as a crucial factor in choosing a bank. “We continue to address the topic of security in a light and fluid way, now taking advantage of the moment when attention is turning to the performance of Brazilian athletes in competitions and using the synergies of sports skills with our golden tips, in addition to highlighting Bradesco as a reliable partner bank in our customers’ digital journey,” he highlights.
In addition to the TV films, vignettes and inserts are planned for SporTV and Band. The initiative will also be present in print media, radio, DOOH/OOH, YouTube and social media on the @bradesco profile on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
