The First International Festival of Independent Advertising (FePI) has announced the jury presidents for the categories of Writing, Public Way – OOH, Comprehensive Campaigns and Creativity with Social Impact. An international jury composed of more than 150 members from over 20 countries will evaluate the submitted materials, with the winners receiving the Inodoro Pereyra Awards, inspired by the creations of writer and cartoonist Rosário Roberto Fontanarrosa.
President of the Writing Jury: Montserratt Cuevas Porras
Montserratt Cuevas Porras, Chief Creative Officer at The Juju Mexico, will lead the Writing category. With over 14 years of experience at agencies such as JWT, GTB, BBDO and Grey, Montserratt has developed campaigns for brands such as Spotify, Ford, Pepsi and Doritos. She has been recognized at festivals such as One Show, El Ojo, El Sol and Effie.
President of the Public Road Jury – OOH: Luciano “Chany” D’Amelio
Luciano “Chany” D’Amelio, CCO and Partner at Archer Troy Miami, will be the President of the Public Way – OOH category. With a career spanning 20 years, Chany has won more than 40 international awards, including 10 Cannes Lions. He has worked at agencies such as Leo Burnett and Ogilvy, creating campaigns for Samsung, McDonald’s and Coca-Cola.
President of the Jury of Integral Campaigns: Florencia Spinetta
Florencia Spinetta will chair the Integral Campaigns category. Florencia began her career at Ogilvy Action and founded Trans Company. She has led campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, Patagonia and Burger King, and has won awards at festivals such as Cannes, El Sol and Effie. In 2021, she was named one of the 15 leading women in Argentina by Adlatina and Advertising Age.
President of the Social Impact Creativity Jury: Alex Campo
The new Social Impact Creativity category will be chaired by Alex Campo. With over 25 years in the industry, Alex started at Leo Burnett Guatemala and is currently the creative director at LERMA/, leading teams for clients such as The Home Depot and Jim Beam.
Interested parties can access the FePI Online Registration System at fepi.com.ar. The registration period for materials ends on August 30, 2024. The 18th edition of the festival, focused on the Digital Age, brings together participants from more than 30 countries every year.
