Of course, what I’m most looking forward to watching on Netflix in August is the first part of the fourth season of Emily in Paris. I love the series. But Netflix has a lot of interesting stuff coming out this month. Take a look at my highlights – and mark your calendars now.

The Karate Kid: O Desafio Final – Trip 01
An adversary from the past threatens the bond between karate champion Daniel and Master Miyagi with a sophisticated revenge plan and a ruthless opponent. The film is from the 80s, but for those who like Cobra Kai, worth seeing.

Emily in Paris: Season 4 – Part 1 – Travel 15
Emily’s life in Paris is full of drama, but she’s willing to make bold decisions to get everything she wants and win over the man of her dreams. I’m #teamGabriel, but, at least in the trailers, Emily still seems pretty confused, lol. The second part of the Netflix series’ season 2 arrives in September.
Lost: Seasons 1 – 6 – Travel 15
Stranded on a tropical island after their plane crashes 1,000 miles off course, a group of castaways must learn how to survive in their new home, avoid a giant tree-cutter creature, and discover if they are truly alone. Matthew Fox, Evangeline Lilly, Terry O’Quinn, Dominic Monaghan and Naveen Andrews lead the cast of this innovative serieswinner of the Emmy for Best Drama. I love it – including the last episode, lol.
The league – Travel 16
Recruited for an unexpected mission by his teenage crush (Halle Berry), an ordinary contractor (Mark Wahlberg) becomes a spy. The trailer looks pretty good.
Back to 15: Back to 18 – Journey 21
A bug in Floguinho takes Anita to 2009. Now, in addition to facing life at college, she discovers that she is not the only person in the city who travels through time.
