About to turn 43, SBT announced the launch of its streaming platform, SBT+, which will be available from August 18th — one day before the broadcaster’s anniversary.
The digital product will combine live FAST channels and on-demand content for free and with no screen limit, with the aim of making audiovisual entertainment more democratic and accessible for Brazilians.
“The launch of +SBT marks a crucial moment in the company’s digital transformation. We hope to soon occupy a leading position in this market, always offering the best entertainment and information options for Brazilians,” said Roberto Rosenthal Grosman, Executive Director of Digital Transformation.
In terms of advertising, the streaming service has a consultative sales team responsible for adapting the offer to the advertiser in order to meet the campaign objectives in a personalized way. To date, +SBT has already closed all the founding quotas with the brands O Boticário, Seara, Caixa, Coca-Cola Company and Unilever.
Among the options, customers will be able to choose video formats focused on retail (CTA or QR code), which can be negotiated directly or programmatically, and branded content such as live FAST vignette (linear), entertainment, merchandising actions, naming rights and live FAST merchan break (linear).

Regarding linear channels, streaming will offer options for all audiences and each channel will have its own language and identity, as well as specific programming for each audience. Highlights include +Humor, +Silvio Santos, +Saudade, +Pop, +Novelas, +Criança, +Séries, +Cinema, +Informação and +TVZYn.
As for the on-demand catalog, the schedule will feature programs already broadcast by the channel such as “Show do Milhão”, “De Frente com Gabi”, “Programa Livre” and “Fantasia”, as well as international series and films such as “Albert Nobbs”, “Dr Who”, “H2O Meninas Sereias”, “Haven” and “Citas Barcelona”, and titles from SBT itself, namely “As Aventuras de Poliana” and “Cúmplices de um Resgate”.
The schedule will also feature content from the station’s current programming, such as “Sabadou com Virginia”, “Circo do Tiru”, “É Tudo Nosso!” and the “Programa Silvio Santos com Patricia Abravanel”.
