Image taken by Frenchman Jerome Brouillet enchanted Brazilians, who flocked to the brand’s social networks
The photo of Gabriel Medina, taken by French photographer Jerome Brouillet, continues to be one of the most talked about things about the Paris Olympic Games and is now the new cover of Tilibra’s notebooks.
Soon after the photo was published on social media, users went to the comments of the brand’s posts asking for the image to illustrate the products — which are known for their surfing-themed covers. As expected, the brand complied with the requests.
“Is this where you asked for @gabrielmedina’s Tilibra notebook?! So you can celebrate now, because it’s real! Now all we have to do is wait for the gold, which is coming too!”, Tilibra stated in the post.
In addition to the cover, the photo was also featured in a Corona campaign last week, which placed the image on two panels spread across Rio de Janeiro.
