Lew’Lara\TBWA strengthens its creative department with the arrival of 7 new professionals. They are art directors Eric Fernando (SOPA), Philipe Santos and Raphael Oliveira (Raphu), and copywriters Jessica Borges, Renato Ramalho, Diogo Souza and Lucas Vieira (Madu).
Eric, Phillipe, Jéssica and Renato will report directly to Marilu Rodrigues and Thiago Lacorte, the agency’s creative directors, working for the group of accounts comprised of M.Dias Branco (Piraquê, Isabela, Adria, Vitarella and Richester), Swift, and Friboi, in addition to Pague Menos. Raphael, Diogo and Lucas will report directly to Fernando Lyra, the agency’s creative director, primarily serving Nissan.
According to the agency, the hires are part of a strategic move by the management of the creative team led by executive creative director (ECD) Rodrigo Tortima, aiming to expand the team and foster the agency’s creative reputation.

This is very important for our brands, which gain even more creative perspectives for the construction of projects. This also reinforces our search for original, innovative and current work”, comments Tortima.
Eric Fernando, known as SOPA, began his career at the SLcomm agency (Health Care) 12 years ago, and also worked at Havas WW (currently BETC HAVAS) and Leo Burnett Tailor Made, having signed projects for Citroën, Fiat, Sport Club Bahia, Samsung, Nivea, Mondelēz, Bradesco, Bayer and others.
While Phillipe Santos, over the course of just over 10 years, worked for agencies such as Africa, GUT, DPZ and Grey, where he was able to create for brands such as McDonald’s, Heinz, Budweiser, TikTok, Nestlé, Mercado Livre and others.
Raphael Oliveira, known as Raphú, has worked in art direction and design for 17 years and is joining Lew’Lara\TBWA for his second stint. During his time away from the agency, he worked for Martin Luz, SunsetDDB, HAVAS and BETC Havas, FCB Brazil, Young&Rubican (now VML) and Mullen Lowe, serving clients such as Nivea, LG, Vivo, Itaú, Bradesco, Red Bull, Bayer, among others.
To form a duo with Raphú, Lucas Vieira, known as Madu, arrives with at least 15 years of experience as a copywriter, having worked at Betc Havas, Isobar and other agencies, having created for brands such as Stellantis (Citroën Latin America, Peugeot Latin America, Fiat and Jeep), Hershey’s, Samsung, Puma, Grupo Petrópolis (Petra, Black Princess, Cacildis, Cabaré beers), Azul Linhas Aéreas, Red Bull and Jornal O Globo.
Jéssica Borges began her career in Recife and after a period studying design in Buenos Aires, she landed in São Paulo, where she worked for Publicis Brasil, Wunderman Thompson and Soko, serving clients such as Bradesco, Unilever, Grupo Coca-Cola, Heineken and others.
Renato Ramalho is in his second stint at Lew’Lara\TBWA, where he began his career in 2004, and after working at agencies such as Y&R, DM9 and Leo Burnett, he returns to the company. The professional has already created campaigns for Fiat, Itaú, Samsung and Mondelez.
Finally, Diogo Souza, born in Aracaju (Sergipe), came to São Paulo two years ago, with experience acquired in agencies such as VMLY&R (currently VML), Tech&Soul and SOKO, serving clients such as Tintas Coral, Mentos, Beats (Ambev), Outback and others.
