After 70% growth last year, driven by the resumption of investments in events, Propague has renewed its management structure to meet the growing demand. Patrícia Costa, president of the agency founded in 1963, introduces Thomaz Campacci, Diogo Siqueira and Ronaldo Borgneth as the new directors of customer service, creation and new business, respectively.
Ronaldo Borgneth, former partner at the consulting firm SV Partners, has taken over as Director of Operations and New Business. “My goal is to help guide Propague on its path of evolution, strengthening our strategic positioning and consolidating Propague as an art platform dedicated to communication,” says Borgneth.
Thomaz Campacci, who has been working in the service of large accounts since 2023, has been promoted to director. “Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients, to be seen as business partners,” says Campacci.
Diogo Siqueira was also promoted. “He is one of those creatives who has a strategic eye and tirelessly seeks creative ideas combined with careful execution,” explains Patrícia Costa. Siqueira seeks to transform clients’ challenges with creative and functional solutions. “We seek to create connections with the community of creative minds and talents to deliver projects thought out down to the smallest detail,” she says.
With clients such as Bunge, Accenture, Globo, Votorantim Cimentos, Avanade, ORÍGEO, Banco BV and Suvinil, Patrícia highlights Propague’s multidisciplinary team, made up of architects, 3D designers, art directors, motion designers, multimedia artists and developers. The specialized HUBs allow the creation of scenographic projects, immersive and interactive content, customized for each client.
