B&Partners – The Growth Network, announces the arrival of Jef Martins as Head of Communications. In this role, Jef will be responsible for the areas of press relations, marketing, events, internal communications, market relations and digital platforms of the network, which currently comprises an ecosystem of 17 companies with 32 partners and around a thousand employees, working in the pillars of media, tech, web3, data, content, influencers, retail, experience, consulting and interactive.
“Jef joins the network at a time of maturity for our ecosystem, which has been built over the last five years. His solid experience with the main players in the communications industry has a lot to add and strengthen the work that has been built,” says Bazinho Ferraz, CEO and Founder of B&Partners. “We have increasingly refined our technology, sales and communications offerings and their intersections, and his business-related communications perspective will be a differentiator for investors, companies in our network and the market, and our clients to get to know our deliverables in their entirety,” concludes Bazinho.
With over 17 years of experience, Jef has led marketing and communications departments in companies belonging to major international communications holdings such as Omnicom Group, Interpublic, WPP and Publicis Groupe. Throughout his career, he has won several international awards, such as Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamerica and Effie Awards for projects in which he has been involved, in addition to being recognized twice, in 2018 and 2019, as one of the young people promoting change in the communications industry by Papel&Caneta. He is also currently a member of the board of the Observatory of Diversity in Advertising and serves as VP of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion for the Association of Advertising Professionals.
