SoWhat’s first campaign for the brand kicks off the countdown to the 2028 Olympics
MyWhey has launched a campaign starring three-time world surfing champion and Olympic medalist Gabriel Medina to mark the beginning of a new story for several athletes seeking to prepare to compete in the 2028 Olympics.
The piece is SoWhat’s first work for the brand and shows Medina highlighting that this is the most important day in the career of athletes who are pursuing their goals and making their dreams come true, since results only come with a lot of training and preparation, highlighting that the end of a cycle marks the first day to start a new journey of preparation and training for the future. The film is produced by Animapix and Toro Áudio.
“We are encouraging all those who fight for a dream to start preparing for it today, whatever the goal. And there is no one better than Gabriel Medina to represent these values. In recent days, we have celebrated together with athletes and we hope to reach 2028 shouting the names of people who are making ‘today’ the most important day of their lives and doing their best to dream of the podium”, says Daniela Martoni, marketing manager at MyWhey.
The project also features names such as Ítalo Ferreira, July Poca and Darlan Souza to reverberate the “Day 01 movement”.
“We always seek to generate a true connection between the brand and its audience, and this is only possible when we immerse ourselves in relevant cultural contexts. In this campaign, Gabriel Medina and our team of influencers were designed to personify this message, as they not only understand the importance of starting over, but also live this reality on a daily basis. This way, we ensure that our communication is engaging, authentic and genuine”, explains Ana Catharina Bessa, PR and influence manager at SoWhat.
