The Instituto Identidades do Brasil (ID_BR), a non-profit organization, a pioneer in Brazil and committed to accelerating the promotion of racial equality, develops Propositividade, an annual event that aims to reinforce the discourse of diversity and inclusion in a racialized way, bringing market trends and reinforcing the importance of talking about the racial agenda beyond the month of November.
This year, the event aims to address strategies for engaging people and organizations on racial issues, exploring how persuasion skills can be a powerful tool for influencing and mobilizing stakeholders. The program will feature three oracles presented by Marcos Luca Valentim, Amanda Graciano and Priscila Tapajowara. The meeting will also feature solutions offered by ID_BR that can support companies in anticipating and planning investments in Diversity and Inclusion throughout 2025.
“Propositividade is a crucial opportunity for business leaders to understand the importance of ongoing engagement with racial issues, not just at specific times, but throughout the year. By promoting discussions and presenting practical solutions, we want to equip companies to be at the forefront of promoting diversity and inclusion, contributing to a more just and equal society,” says Luana Génot, CEO of ID_BR.
The event is attended by people in leadership positions in medium and large organizations, including directors, heads, managers and coordinators from different areas, such as marketing, communication, people and management and ESG.
