Clothing features “Yagasuri” design, representing determination and strength, and International Paralympic Committee colors
Asics, the official supplier to the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), has announced that it will produce official sportswear and footwear for eight athletes and two guide runners selected from the Refugee Paralympic Team (RPT).
The official sportswear features the “Yagasuri” design, representing determination and strength, and incorporates the IPC’s symbol colors of red, blue and green. The material used is lightweight and features excellent water-wicking and quick-drying technologies.

The Refugee Paralympic Team is made up of athletes who have overcome extreme adversity to compete at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, and will be the first team to march in the opening ceremony at Place de la Concorde on 28 August.
