Film created by Wieden+Kennedy SP will be shown in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru, in addition to Brazil
In a new campaign, Ford pays tribute to the lifestyle, aspirations and values of its “Strong Race” customers. The ad, created by the Wieden+Kennedy SP agency for display in South America, shows how vehicles are present in important moments of people’s lives, at work, in art, in sports and in achievements, helping to build experiences and relationships. This concept is reinforced by the slogan “This is our strength”.
“The goal of this campaign is to represent the values that unite all of our Ford Raça Forte customers. What we have learned over the decades is that users of our pickups have values in common, they know that true wealth lies in the accumulation of experiences and that this is what makes them stronger and sets them apart from the rest,” says Fabrizzia Borsari, marketing communications manager for Ford South America.
Produced by Immigrant Studio and Mugshot, the film was shot in Chile, in locations that inspire strength and raw nature, such as Ritoque, Salinas de Pullally, Fondo el Sauce, Chacabuco and Cajón del Maipo, combining landscapes of river, sea, dunes, countryside and mountains.
“Our campaign shows that the only way to live a full life is to have several experiences. Insisting, persisting, trying thousands of times, all the time”, explains Rafael Campello, GCD for South America at Wieden+Kennedy.
The main piece is 60″ long and, in addition to Brazil, it will be broadcast in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru. There will also be 30″ versions, exploring the differences of the Ranger, Ranger Raptor, F-150 and Maverick.
