The company now has Aldine Paiva as the new artistic and influence head and Alexandre Oliveira as the new coordinator
Digital Favela announced the reformulation of its Curation and Casting area, which will now have Aldine Paiva as the new artistic and influence head.
According to Guilerme Pierre, co-CEO of Digital Favela, the area was recreated in 2024 and will be strengthened by the new executive, who will have the mission of taking a closer look at influencers and identifying market opportunities.
“Our curation stands out for the incredible reach we have achieved over the years. We not only identify, but also amplify peripheral voices in favelas across Brazil. We have a deep commitment to discovering talent and authentic narratives that emerge from these communities,” added the co-CEO.
The Curation area will now have Alexandre Oliveira as its new coordinator. “With Alê’s arrival, we offer creative and strategic support to influencers, who often work in isolation. Our goal is to create a collaborative environment that not only strengthens their content, but also perfectly aligns with the goals of the advertising brands,” he concluded.
