Lojas Renner SA’s plus-size clothing brand seeks to update the expression of its value proposition
TroupCyranos, owned by partners Fernanda Antonelli and Marcelo Reis, announced that it is the new communications agency for the plus-size clothing brand of Lojas Renner SA, Ashua.
Ashua approached TroupCyranos to update its value proposition through multichannel communication with an emphasis on digital. To serve the new account, the agency strengthened its team by hiring art director Aline Godoy (formerly of FSB, Jotacom, Oliver and Pullse) and customer service professional Taiane Novaes (formerly of Cheil, Santa Clara and DPTO).

Created in 2016, Ashua, which aims to strengthen the self-esteem of plus size women, has an e-commerce operation and 19 physical stores, present in nine states: São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Pernambuco, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Santa Catarina, Paraná and Espírito Santo.
