Luiza Gama has also become a partner and will join Nicole Pappon, founder and CEO of the agency
Grapa Digital announced the arrival of Luiza Gama as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
The executive, who is also joining the agency’s corporate structure, will join Nicole Pappon, founder and CEO of Grapa, in the mission of leveraging the company in the market.
“Taking on the position of CCO at Grapa Digital represents a new chapter in my career, where I will be able to apply my experience acquired over the years to contribute to the company’s strategic growth. I am happy to work alongside this team and together, we will seek new opportunities to strengthen our presence in the market,” said Luiza.
Luiza began her career in press relations, working with luxury brands at Suporte Comunicação and, later, moved to the business and marketing sector at Cross Networking, part of the Holding Clube group.
In 2018, the executive moved to Spark’s customer service department and dedicated herself to influencer marketing. After a year, she was invited to join the Mynd team, where she developed most of her professional career. At the company, she started in the sales area and, after three years leading strategic negotiations, she was promoted to head of sales, a position in which she led a team and consolidated her leadership experience.
After almost five years at Mynd, Luiza decided to end her time at the company to take on the role of commercial manager at BR Media, where she remained for six months.
