The arrival of the executive director of People & Culture on the team is part of the agency’s expansion strategy
Ampfy announced the arrival of Luciana Bastos, current executive director of People & Culture, to its team of partners.
The initiative is part of the agency’s expansion strategy and aims to reinforce its leadership position among independent agencies in Brazil.
“I believe that my main responsibility is to ensure that all initiatives and projects in the People & Culture area strengthen our culture of contemporaneity, creativity and care for people, continually raising the quality of our creative product and the results for our clients and the agency”, stated Luciana.
In addition to revisiting all fronts of the area, such as compensation, recruitment, internal communication, development and career, the executive led the launch of the agency’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) program, Amplitude, and has worked hard on some of the biggest current challenges, such as emotional health and leadership development.
“We know that day-to-day life is not easy, with the current speed of things and fragile mental health. But having a leadership that genuinely cares about people, and an environment where people are close and nice, makes all the difference in achieving our goals”, he added.
Luciana Bastos began her career as a customer service professional in the advertising market, where she worked until 2004, when she was invited to work as a headhunter at The Talent Business. After almost six years, she returned to the advertising market as Talent Management Director at Dentsu Aegis Network and, in 2014, founded Goldfish, a Headhunting and Talent Management Consulting company, serving companies in the technology and marketing areas, until she was invited to take over the People and Culture area at Ampfy in April 2023.
