Initiative will now have support from DPZ, Leo Burnett, LePub, Talent, Arc, Performics, PXP Studios and PXP Creators
Publicis Groupe has announced the expansion of the Entre program, which is now in its sixth edition and aims to be a free training program for creatives.
Now, the program born at Publicis Brasil will have the support of DPZ, Leo Burnett, LePub, Talent, Arc, Performics, the production unit PXP Studios and the influencer hub PXP Creators.
In total, the program will select 40 students and the recruitment process will be carried out by the consultancy Pappo, with 60% of the vacancies reserved for black and brown women. The main focus of the program this year is to seek out women who come from the outskirts and who continue to find it difficult to enter large agencies.
“A pioneer in training women to work in the creative field, Entre has already trained more than 200 students and has positively influenced the entire market. It is only natural that we now want to expand this Publicis Brazil success story so that it increases its impact with the participation of the Group’s other agencies and business units. We also want to have more partners and clients involved, because we know that they support the cause and can also present new professional opportunities for the students,” explained Gabriela Onofre, CEO of Publicis Groupe in Brazil.
Communities in peripheral regions were the inspiration for the creation of the program’s new visual identity and for the launch campaign, which was creatively directed by Gabriela Moura, Talent’s creative director, and Mauro Ramalho, CCO of Publicis Brazil, in addition to the participation of several former students of the course, who now work at Publicis Groupe.
In this edition, Entre has the support of Grupo RaçaBrasil to provide literacy training to program facilitators and students, in addition to institutional partnerships with LinkedIn, UN Women, Pinterest, Tik Tok and Trillio.
The three-month course will offer in-person and virtual classes and technical visits to partner companies. Registration opened on Monday (9) and the rules will be available on the GUPY platform.
“Since the selection process is 100% focused on women from the outskirts of the city, Entre has taken special care to literally open doors, whether in agencies or companies. The program’s curriculum includes technical subjects and also soft skills that will help students at the beginning of their careers and throughout their professional careers,” added Rejane Romano, communications director and ESG leader at Publicis Groupe, responsible for the DE&I agenda.
