and says that one of the objectives is to unite the ecosystem of the Brazilian holding company
In a project designed by architect Sergio Camargo – known for other agency offices –, Grupo Dreamers presents its new headquarters in São Paulo, which occupies two floors of the Paineira Tower, in the Parque da Cidade complex, in Chácara Santo Antônio. With a café space that promises personalized experiences to welcome clients, the location is a meeting point for the 18 companies of the Brazilian holding company and is home to Artplan SP, Convert, Pullse and Aceleraí. With the color red predominating in the decor and collaborative spaces, the office is modern, with armchairs designed by Fernando Jaeger and corporate furniture from the Herman Miller Store.
Artplan SP CEO Gláucia Montanha led the change project, which aims to unite the group’s ecosystem. “Our idea is to bring the group’s companies closer and closer to us to integrate the brands. Not all of them are here, but we have collaborative spaces for all of the group’s companies,” explains Gláucia. In the hybrid work model, Gláucia says that they work more in person than remotely. “We come to the office three times a week, but the energy is so good that people are coming more. But our purpose of work is to work three times in person. Monday is a mandatory day, because when we didn’t have a fixed day, people didn’t meet up,” she says.
According to the executive, the agency is going through a very special moment. “I would tell you that when we move to a new building or area, we move with this energy, of welcoming. This space of innovation, of integrating people, is increasingly becoming more attractive, many clients are coming to visit the new headquarters,” she adds.
Artplan SP’s new clients include Samsung and the Familhão benefits platform account. The executive highlights that, in addition to the new accounts, the agency has increased the scope of work within its clients and is in negotiations with some brands. “You no longer see major competition in our market. What we have been doing a lot is introducing the agency to the client and the relationship can start from a project. And then we gradually get closer to the client.”
Gláucia emphasizes that she is with the dream team. “I am at that stage of my career with the best team I could have ever wanted. Today, when I enter the meeting room, I am very proud. This is a feeling that I haven’t felt in a long time. I have never been so sure of the team we have here, it is really cool. And it is difficult to achieve, but there are moments in your career that are kind of magical, when you are with the right people in the right place, and everything flows much better.”
The executive states that Artplan SP is experiencing a year of growth among its clients. “We have grown a lot among our clients in terms of the scope of delivery of new services. And when you do that, you end up attracting other clients. That’s how it was with Familhão. We started with consulting work, very specific, and we became 100% the brand’s agency. We are one of the agencies best evaluated by our clients, according to Scopen. Our NPS is very high.” The focus for the second half of the year is to maintain growth among our clients and also attract new brands.
